Site Foreman

REPORTING TO: Site Manager
Purpose of Role
The purpose of this role is to oversee day-to-day site operations and tasks, ensuring all work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to the highest standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and take control of the snagging list, ensuring all items are completed to a satisfactory standard.
Ensure the final product meets the client's expectations regarding construction and finishing quality.
Ensure all project completion dates are met.
Assist with identifying plant and material requirements and provide progress reports to the Site Manager.
Ensure all work is executed to the correct standard and inspect the work of subcontractors.
Prioritise your workload and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Candidate Profile
A background as a tradesperson is preferred.
Knowledge of the latest building regulations and certification standards.
Previous experience on large-scale commercial projects.
A self-starter with sound judgement when working under pressure.
The ability to work proactively on your own initiative.
A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks and projects.
Remuneration
We offer a salary up to €60k that includes a basic salary, a performance-based bonus, pension and life assurance, private healthcare, and a car allowance or company vehicleBefore You Apply
