Your responsibilities as Site HR Manager

Lead all on-site HR activity, aligning people plans with operational goals
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll oversight
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, including union engagement
Drive talent development, succession planning, and workforce capability
Partner with leadership to deliver change initiatives and improve performance
Strengthen engagement and maintain a positive, inclusive working environment
What we’re looking for in a Site HR Manager

CIPD qualification or equivalent practical experience
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Previous experience in a manufacturing or operational environment
Experience working with trade unions and managing complex ER cases
Proven ability to operate in a standalone HR role with strategic input
Working hours: 37.5 or 30 hours per week across 5 days
