Required Experience & Qualifications: * Degree in Hydrology, Environmental Science, Hydrogeology, or Civil Engineering. * Experience working on major civil engineering or transport infrastructure projects. * Strong understanding of surface water, groundwater, drainage, SUDS, and flood risk management. * Experience liaising with SEPA and managing environmental licensing (CAR or similar). * Ability to interpret hydrological data, drainage drawings, environmental reports, and risk assessments. * Hands‑on experience with water monitoring equipment and environmental sampling. * Knowledge of erosion control, sediment management, and pollution prevention. * Strong communication skills for advising site teams and technical stakeholders. * Ability to work independently on a busy, fast‑moving construction site. * CSCS card or equivalent site‑safety certification. * Familiarity with Scottish environmental frameworks (desirable). * Experience with GIS or hydrological modelling tools (desirable). * Full UK driving licence
