We’re looking for Site Installers to join a leading specialist contractor working on secure, modular, and construction projects nationwide. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable, hands-on individuals who enjoy practical work, travel, and being part of a close-knit site team.

The Role

  * Work as part of an installation team on sites across the UK

  * Assist with the assembly and installation of modular and secure structures

  * Confidently use hand and power tools

  * Work safely and efficiently under supervision

  * Stay away from home Monday to Friday, with accommodation and food allowance provided

  * Occasionally work locally from the Redditch-based factory when national projects are not active

Requirements

  * Valid CSCS card (essential)

  * No criminal record – sites are sensitive and subject to government clearance

  * Good practical ability and experience using hand tools

  * Hard-working, reliable, and willing to learn

  * Able to get to the factory in Redditch before 6:00am on Mondays

  * Willing to work away from home throughout the week

What’s on Offer

  * OTE £40,000+ per year

  * Accommodation paid while working away

  * £30 per night food allowance

  * Transport provided from Redditch to sites

  * Average of 50 hours per week

  * Ongoing, full-time work with opportunities to develop skills and experience
