Job Description
An Industry leading FM/Engineering service provider are seeking a Site Maintenance Engineer – electrical bias to work at a commercial site based in Leicester. This role is offering a salary of £38,000 with fantastic opportunities to develop and progress within the industry.
Job Role:
This position is paying an annual salary of up to £38,000. The hours of work are Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm.
The role of Site Maintenance Engineer (Electrical biased) – Is to carry out the servicing and reactive repairs to Electrically based plant equipment, power and lighting. Additionally the engineer will be expected to assist other basic duties as directed by the contract manager.
Carry out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive), diagnose and repair faults on building services L8, AHU maintenance, pumps, motors, heating system fault finding and awareness (Heat exchangers, actuators, pipe work).
Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to;
* 3 Phase motors
* Emergency Lighting
* AHU’s, FCU’s
* Pumps, Motors
* Fans, Belts, Filters
Skills Required:
The successful candidate must have;
* With at least 3 years experience in building services
* City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in Electrical Installation
* Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
