Site Manager - Roofing & Cladding Projects
Location: Office in Redditch
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 DOE + package
Start Date: Immediate for the right candidate. Full-time, Perm Position
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a background in roofing, cladding, or building envelope projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering high-profile schemes across the commercial, industrial, education, and healthcare sectors.
As a Site Manager, you will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with the planning, design, and fabrication teams, managing trades, subcontractors, and client relationships on site.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations on roofing and cladding projects

Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver works on schedule and within budget
*
Ensure strict adherence to health & safety, risk assessments, and inspection test plans
*
Liaise with clients and project management teams to maintain excellent communication throughout
*
Monitor progress, quality, and compliance across all phases of construction
