Plymouth
£45,000-£48,000 & Package
I am working with a long-standing property maintenance and construction company to recruit an experienced Site Manager to join their team. My client is known for their reputation for repeat business across the South West and has an enviable stream of local work.
You will work on a full spectrum of property services including Planned and Reactive works, Painting, Roofing, Flooring, and more.
Suitable candidates:
* Experience is essential, please only apply if you have experience working as a Site Manager on external projects.
* Must have SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid at Work
* Must live within a commutable distance of Plymouth.
