Company Overview:
We are working on behalf of a leading main contractor delivering a prestigious, long-term façade remediation project in Battersea. The project, located within a high-end residential development, spans multiple apartment blocks and is set to run for the next 5 years.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Site Manager with proven experience in managing façade works—ideally on large-scale, high-spec residential projects. This is a site-based role with immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations focused on façade remediation and cladding works.
*
Ensure all works are carried out safely, to specification, and to a high standard of quality.
*
Coordinate subcontractors and manage daily site activities.
*
Liaise with residents, client representatives, and senior management.
*
Ensure programme targets and health & safety standards are consistently met.
*
Attend and contribute to progress meetings and reporting.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience managing façade/cladding packages – essential.
*
Strong leadership and site coordination skills.
*
Able to present professionally and communicate confidently, particularly in occupied residential environments.
*
Fluent in spoken and written English.
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White card), and First Aid certified.
*
Previous experience on high-value residential projects preferred.
