Site Manager – Full Time, ASAP Start – Birmingham
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Manager to join a busy and welcoming school in Birmingham. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity, with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in site or facilities management
Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage contractors, maintenance schedules, and health & safety requirements
A hands-on, proactive approach to keeping the school running smoothly
Key responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the school site
Manage cleaning, maintenance, and security teams
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Coordinate repairs, contractors, and facilities projects

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
