NEW OPPORTUNITY – FREELANCE HOUSING SITE MANAGER
I’m currently recruiting for a Freelance Housing Site Manager to join an award-winning housing developer on a short-term contract.
📍Location: Must be within 1 hour commute of Newark-on-Trent
📅 Dates: 25th July – 7th August 2025
✅ Requirements:
▪️SMSTS
▪️CSCS Card
▪️First Aid at Work
▪️Scaffold Inspection Certificate (bonus)
▪️Proven experience in New Build Housing is essential
