Job Description
ITS Group are a leading construction recruitment specialist with over 50 years experience. Our South West division have been supplying local construction projects for over 20 years across Devon & Cornwall
On behalf of our flagship house-building client, we are looking for an experienced site manager for a new build housing site in Barnstaple, Devon
Must have previous experience of managing a volume build residential project and the ability to oversee sub-contractors to deliver plots to completion on time. Must be pro-active with a can-do attitude to drive the site forward in line with program and work alongside assistant site manager
This is a temporary position covering the exisitng site manager for 1 month but may lead to further work.
Must have SMSTS / CSCS and First Aid
