Site Manager HVAC (Freelance)
Hull
New build - HVAC
£320 Per Day
Temporary - 6 months
TSR Recruitment are currently recruiting for a freelance site manager from a HVAC background to work on a new build science building in Hull. Employed with a HVAC subcontractor, working on a high profile new build science/Laboratory facility project, this opportunity is due to last 6 months.
Start date for this role is 25 th August for 6 months until project completion. Estimated package value £4m. Experience in Laboratory/science/clean room environments required along with HVAC experience.
The Role
Manage on site health and safety
Site inductions
Monitor quality - for HVAC and ducting
Manage contractors
Manage and follow programme
Must have good communication skills
The Person
SMSTS, CSCS (Black), First Aid must have some form of HVAC qualification.
Strong communication skills
Assertive with quality and health and safety
Organised and professional
Remuneration
£320 a day CIS
