Site Managers – Multiple Locations Across Ireland
CapEx Recruitment is teaming up with a trusted Irish construction powerhouse — boasting 50+ years of delivering quality residential projects nationwide — to find experienced Site Managers ready to hit the ground running on multiple live and upcoming developments across Ireland.
Immediate Requirement – James’s Street, Dublin
This is a priority hire for a city centre apartment development. Previous apartment build experience will be a big plus.
Other Current Locations:
Cherrywood | Lucan | Clondalkin | Kildare | Wicklow |
(All sites outside the city centre – skip the morning traffic.)
What’s on Offer:

Your Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience managing residential or mixed-use construction projects
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent subcontractor coordination and communication
* Solid knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practices
* Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control
* Hands-on problem solver with strong organisational skills
* Competent interpreting technical drawings and specifications
* Full clean driver’s licence
* Proactive mindset focused on delivering projects on time and on budget
