CapEx Recruitment is partnering with a leading Irish construction contractor with over 50 years’ experience delivering high-quality residential and community projects nationwide. Due to a strong pipeline of work, we are now seeking experienced Site Managers for immediate and upcoming projects.
Immediate Requirement – Tralee (Care Home Project)
We are hiring a Site Manager for a Care Home development in Tralee. The project has come out of the ground, and we require a Site Manager who can take ownership of the full construction lifecycle — from structure right through to handover.
This is a great opportunity to step into a live project, deliver a key community development, and progress your career with a contractor known for stability and quality builds.

Skills & Experience Required:

Strong track record managing full-cycle builds (residential, care, or mixed-use)

Excellent leadership, subcontractor management, and communication skills

Thorough knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance
*
Ability to manage budgets, programmes, and quality standards
*
Competent in interpreting technical drawings and specifications
*
Hands-on problem-solving ability and strong organisational skills
*
Full clean driver’s licence
*
Available to start immediately (advantageous)
