Site Managers – High-End Commercial Fitout | Dublin | Multiple Openings
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent
Salary: €65,000 – €75,000 DOE
Salter Grange is partnering with several top-tier fitout contractors and developers to recruit experienced Site Managers for high-end commercial fitout projects across Dublin.
These are excellent opportunities to deliver premium office, retail, and hospitality environments for blue-chip clients. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
We’re looking for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, design-led environments and take pride in creating exceptional spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all site activities and manage subcontractors to ensure efficient progress
Maintain programme schedules, productivity, and site safety compliance
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and design teams
Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications
Conduct site meetings, progress reports, and handover documentationAbout You
5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager in commercial fitout or interiors
Strong technical knowledge of construction and fitout processes
Proven ability to lead site teams and manage multiple subcontractors
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Qualification in Construction Management, Carpentry, Engineering, or related discipline preferredWhat’s on Offer
