Job Title: Site Manager (with Scaffold Inspection Certification) - Inside IR35
Location: West Brom
Duration: Ongoing Contract
Pay Rate: Competitive (dependant on experience)
Overview:
Linsco are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee site operations on a busy construction project for one of our esteemed housing clients. This role is inside IR35, and applicants must hold a valid Scaffold Inspection Certification (CISRS or equivalent) - Scaffold Awareness alone will not be accepted.
Requirements:
Valid Black CSCS Card
SMSTS
First Aid at Work
Asbestos Awareness
CISRS Scaffold Inspection Certification (or equivalent)
Full UK Driving Licence and own transportResponsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
Conduct scaffold inspections and ensure full compliance with legislation
Manage subcontractors and monitor progress against programme
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
