Site Manager – Flatted Development (RC Frame) | Edinburgh

Peace Recruitment is proud to be working with a highly reputable residential developer as they prepare to deliver a flagship flatted development in the heart of Edinburgh — the first of three landmark projects planned over the next three years.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record in delivering multi-storey flatted or mixed-use developments, ideally with exposure to reinforced concrete (RC) frame or large steel structure builds.
The Role
As Site Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for leading on-site delivery, ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be supported by an experienced commercial and technical team, with strong long-term prospects as the company continues to grow its portfolio across Scotland.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations, managing subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
*
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
*
Manage build programmes, sequencing, and quality control.
*
Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and local authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
*
Lead site meetings, monitor progress, and resolve issues proactively.
*
Maintain excellent communication with clients, senior management, and the wider project team.
About You
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering large-scale flatted or mixed-use developments.
*
Strong knowledge of RC frame and/or steel structure projects.
*
Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (essential).
*
A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
