Site Manager – Industrial Services / Process Engineering
Location: Southwest – Devon
Rate/Salary: £250-£300pd + Vehicle / Allowance + Benefits
Site Manager required to lead delivery on a large multi-building food production facility. Working with a specialist industrial engineering contractor, you’ll manage site activities, subcontractors, and safety compliance on a complex live site, operating under CDM regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safe, compliant delivery across multiple trades.
* Manage and review RAMS, permits to work, site audits, and H&S documentation.
* Coordinate multi-trade subcontractors (M&E, refrigeration, HVAC, civils).
* Liaise closely with the client and project team to maintain progress and resolve site issues.
* Conduct inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure full adherence to company and CDM standards.
You Should Have:
* SMSTS certification (essential).
* Experience managing sites under CDM.
* Background in industrial refrigeration, HVAC, M&E, or process engineering.
* Strong understanding of H&S, site documentation, and contractor coordination.
* Confident leadership and communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
