Job Description
Our Modular Space Team is winning work for fun at the moment, it has all gone a bit crackers at Build Space HQ.
On the back of a major national framework win, one of our top Modular Build Main Contractor clients has asked us to supply them with Site Managers for project starts up and down the country.
- Are you a results driven Site Manager with good Modular Build project experience?
- Do you have a track record of delivering fast track projects on time, on budget and to the highest of quality standards?
- Is client liaison one of your strong points?
If so, Build Space has the perfect Site Manager position for you!
Site Manager roles & responsibilities:
- Subcontractor management
- Programme management
- Quality Control
- Maintaining highest H&S standards
- Daily / weekly reporting
Site Manager experience required:
- Minimum 5 years Site Manager experience
- Good Modular Build experience
- Trade background preferred
- CSCS Black, First Aid, SMSTS certified
- Excellent communication skills - written & spoken
