Site Manager - Award-Winning Housebuilder Employment Type: Permanent Are you an experienced No.1 Site Manager looking to join a multi award-winning, quality-driven housebuilder? We're working exclusively with a respected national developer who are delivering a brand-new scheme in Stowmarket, and they're looking for a strong Site Manager to lead the project from the front. The Role: As the No.1 on site, you'll take full responsibility for driving a traditional build, volume housing development through all phases-ensuring the highest standards of safety, programme, and quality. This is a great opportunity for a confident, well-organised Site Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional homes. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of all site activity Leading site teams, trades, and subcontractors Ensuring works are delivered on time and to NHBC / company standards Managing all health & safety documentation and compliance Coordinating materials, logistics, and short-term programming Conducting regular site inspections, quality checks, and progress meetings What We're Looking For: Proven experience working as a No.1 Site Manager on volume housebuilding schemes Strong technical knowledge of traditional build construction Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), First Aid A solid track record of delivering housing projects from start to finish Why Apply?
