Our client, a well established construction company is seeking a Site Manager to work on a one of a kind project around the Lincoln region.
Our client is working on the restoration of a high value property along with some new build works within the grounds of the estate, as such we are seeking an individual that has ideally worked on both restoration and new build works, ideally to a very high scale on high value properties.
Candidates will have a strong background in brick and stone works and will have a proven background in managing and delivering similar projects to this. You will be a highly capable people person, able to manage the clients demands and expectations as well as those of the workforce and sub contractors.
