Job Description
Experienced Site Manager – Hotel Revitalisation (Pre-Construction & Delivery)
Location: Perth
Project Start: End of January
Project Duration: ~20 months
Sector: Commercial / Hospitality Refurbishment
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the pre-construction phase and lead on-site delivery for the revitalisation of an existing hotel in Perth. This is a long-term opportunity for a hands-on manager who excels in communication, coordination, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and programme.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Project Manager during pre-construction, providing buildability input, logistics planning, and support with early procurement.
*
Take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations once construction begins.
*
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.
*
Manage site logistics, sequencing, and programme to maintain project momentum.
*
Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and site inductions.
*
Monitor and enforce health & safety standards, RAMS compliance, and site documentation.
*
Maintain quality control, carry out inspections, and resolve site issues promptly.
*
Keep accurate records, progress reports, and communicate clearly with the client, consultants, and internal team.
*
Ensure the project meets deadlines, cost targets, and quality expectations.
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial refurbishment or hospitality projects.
*
Strong technical knowledge and site management expertise.
*
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
*
Experience overseeing live refurbishments or complex hotel upgrades (preferred).
*
Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades.
*
SMSTS, First Aid, and Black CSCS card required.
