FREELANCE SITE MANAGER – HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL (NORWICH)
Start Date: 5th January
Duration: 6–8 weeks (cover period)
Day Rate: £250–£300 (DOE)
Payment Options: CIS / Umbrella / PAYE

A leading developer is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to provide cover on a prestigious, high-end residential development in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong track record delivering luxury housing schemes to step into a well-organised project and maintain momentum during the cover period.

Key Responsibilities:

  * 

    Manage daily site operations on a high-spec residential development

  * 

    Lead and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely and to programme

  * 

    Uphold exceptional quality standards expected on a luxury project

  * 

    Maintain all site H&S requirements, including inductions, RAMS and daily reporting

  * 

    Oversee inspections, snagging and finishing trades to premium standards

  * 

    Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, project teams and local authorities

  * 

    Ensure seamless continuity of operations throughout the 6–8 week assignment

Essential Experience & Qualifications:

  * 

    Proven experience managing high-end / prestige residential projects

  * 

    Strong understanding of premium finishes and luxury build expectations

  * 

    Ability to run a site independently and maintain strict quality and safety standards

  * 

    SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid required

  * 

    Excellent communication and leadership skills

  * 

    Must be available for the full 6–8 week period from 5th January

Pay:

  * 

    £250–£300 per day, depending on experience

  * 

    CIS, Umbrella or PAYE payment options available
