Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee cladding works on a project in Norwich. This is a Long-term contract role, requiring a hands-on individual with strong technical knowledge of façade systems and the ability to drive works safely and efficiently on site.

Key Responsibilities

  * Manage day-to-day site operations for cladding and façade works

  * Oversee installation of EWI systems, cavity wall barriers, and spandrel panels

  * Supervise subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered to programme and quality standards

  * Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures

  * Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress against programme

  * Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery

  * Maintain accurate site records and reporting

  * Ensure works meet technical specifications and compliance requirements

Requirements

  * Proven experience as a Site Manager within cladding / façade projects

  * Strong knowledge of:

      * EWI (External Wall Insulation)

      * Cavity Wall Barriers

      * Spandrel Panels

  * Valid SMSTS

  * CSCS Card (Manager level)

  * First Aid certification

  * Strong organisational and communication skills

  * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver to tight deadlines
