Job Description

SITE MANAGER - SOLAR FARM - PV - CONSTRUCTION - NORFOLK, ENGLAND - CONTRACT (12 MONTHS)

Job Overview:

We are supporting a leading EPC with a strong UK pipeline, seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a key project in Norfolk, with a construction programme of approximately 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Lead full lifecycle construction delivery from enabling works through to completion

  * Manage subcontractors across civil, mechanical and electrical scopes

  * Oversee site mobilisation, including fencing, access, and early works packages

  * Ensure compliance with HSE standards and CDM regulations

  * Provide detailed and accurate reporting to internal stakeholders

  * Coordinate closely with Project Manager and HSE teams during site setup

  * Monitor programme and ensure delivery against milestones

  * Maintain quality standards in collaboration with Quality Manager and Supervisors

Qualifications & Experience:

  * Proven experience delivering utility-scale Solar or BESS projects

  * Strong civil or electrical construction background with broad project understanding

  * Experience operating within an EPC delivery model

  * SMSTS certification (essential)

  * NEBOSH certification highly advantageous

  * Strong reporting and stakeholder management skills

Contract Details:

  * Location: Norfolk, England

  * Contract Length: 12 months

  * Start Date: May / June 2026

  * Working Pattern: 5-6 days per week (construction dependent)
