Site Manager - North West SDF Framework (Area 10)

Contract: 3-6 Months (Potential Extension)
 Employer: Matchtech 
Matchtech are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support nightshift motorway closure works on the North West SDF Framework - Area 10. This role focuses on overseeing site safety and coordinating activities for drainage schemes carried out under traffic management. Works would be predominantly across Manchester, towards the M6 and towards Liverpool.

Working hours would be 8pm to 5am, Monday to Friday.

For the right candidate, there is scope for work through to next year.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all on-site safety and compliance activities
Deliver daily briefings and site inductions
Check worker competencies and tickets
Coordinate with Engineers and Traffic Management contractors
Manage subcontractors during nightshift works
Review RAMS and ensure safe working procedures
Complete site diaries and progress reports
Use online reporting and management tools effectively

Essential Qualifications & Skills

CSCS Card
SSSTS
Highways Passport
Drainage background
Strong experience managing nightshift and highways works preferred
