Site Manager – Dry Lining / SFS
Great Yarmouth
£250 per day | 07:30 – 16:30 | 40-Week Project | Immediate Start Available

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the safe and successful delivery of an internal partitioning and ceiling package on a large commercial build in Great Yarmouth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a knowledgeable professional with a strong background in dry lining and SFS to secure a long-term temporary role.

What’s on offer:

£250 per day (flat day rate)
40-week project offering strong continuity of work
Consistent day shifts: 07:30 – 16:30
Opportunity to work on a large-scale commercial project
Starts in May
Supportive site environment with established teams
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the installation of SFS, internal partitioning, and ceiling systems
Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
Coordinate subcontractors and site teams effectively
Maintain high standards of health & safety across site
Monitor progress and report on project milestones
Ensure compliance with current dry lining and SFS standards
Essential Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager within dry lining / SFS projects
Strong, up-to-date knowledge of dry lining systems and SFS details
Valid CSCS Gold Card
SMSTS certification
Ability to manage teams and drive project delivery
Desirable:

NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management (or similar)
Additional Information:

This is a temporary contract role for the duration of the 40-week project
