Job Description

SITE MANAGER - SOLAR FARM - PV - CONSTRUCTION - BOSTON, ENGLAND - CONTRACT (12 MONTHS)

Job Overview:

We are supporting a leading EPC with a strong UK pipeline, seeking a Site Manager to support the delivery of a utility-scale Solar farm project in Boston.

This role will focus on managing the transition from early works into a high-paced construction phase, requiring a Site Manager comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with multiple subcontractors on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Oversee transition from enabling works into full construction delivery

  * Manage multiple subcontractors across civil and electrical scopes

  * Drive site productivity and ensure programme adherence

  * Ensure compliance with HSE and CDM standards

  * Provide clear and consistent reporting to internal EPC stakeholders

  * Coordinate closely with Supervisors to maintain site oversight

  * Support quality control processes alongside Quality Manager

Qualifications & Experience:

  * Experience as a Site Manager within Solar, BESS, or infrastructure projects

  * Strong background in civils or M&E delivery

  * Experience managing subcontractors within construction environments

  * SMSTS certification (essential)

  * NEBOSH advantageous

  * Strong organisational and reporting capability

Contract Details:

  * Location: Boston, England

  * Contract Length: 12 months

  * Start Date: August / September 2026

  * Working Pattern: 5-6 days per week (construction dependent)
