We're looking for a Site Manager with a background in high-end residential to deliver bespoke, design-led projects - from contemporary new builds to carefully crafted refurbishments.

The Role

Lead day-to-day site operations on bespoke residential builds
Manage skilled trades and specialist subcontractors
Work closely with architects to deliver design intent on site
Maintain exceptional standards across finishes and detailing
Keep projects on programme, on budget, and safe

About You

Proven experience in high-end or bespoke residential construction
Strong eye for detail, finishes, and craftsmanship
Comfortable working on architect-led, one-off projects
SMSTS (or equivalent)
Organised, proactive, and quality-driven
