Freelance Site Manager

UPB Recruitment is working on behalf of a leading construction contractor to recruit an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a refurbishment project in Duxford, Cambridgeshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Site Manager to join a reputable principal contractor and oversee site operations on a fast-paced project.

  * Oversee day-to-day site operations on a refurbishment project

  * Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed to schedule

  * Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance on site

  * Coordinate with project stakeholders, suppliers, and the main contractor

  * Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications

  * Report progress and resolve any on-site issues efficiently

Requirements

To be considered for this Freelance Site Manager role, you must have:

  * SMSTS

  * CSCS Card

  * First Aid at Work certification

  * Proven experience managing refurbishment projects

  * Strong leadership and communication skills
