Location: Peterborough
Duration: 6 months
Position: Freelance Site Manager 
Industrial Project Experience Essential

Hours: 07:30am -5:30pm 5 shifts per week but must include the weekends. 

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to work on an industrial project in Peterborough. This is a fantastic freelance opportunity with a well-respected contractor, offering 5/6 months of work on an exciting and rewarding project.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing all aspects of the Industrial project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Leading weekly programme meetings to track progress and address challenges.
Managing and maintaining Health & Safety standards on-site, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies.
Coordinating and supervising subcontractors, suppliers, and the site team.
Using IT systems to manage project documentation and reporting effectively.Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in managing industrial projects
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and their application on-site.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, capable of leading programme meetings with confidence.
IT literate and proficient in using project management tools and software.
A proactive leader who takes ownership of challenges and delivers results.Qualifications:

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
First Aid Certificate.
CSCS Card (Black/Gold preferred).Applications
