Site Manager - Drainage Works (Retail Car Park)

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee drainage works on a busy retail shopping park project in the Banbury area.
This role will involve managing works within a live customer environment, so strong organisation, communication and traffic/pedestrian management experience is essential.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing day-to-day site operations
Managing drainage works within a live car park environment
Coordinating subcontractors and deliveries
Maintaining safe traffic and pedestrian flow throughout the project
Ensuring health & safety standards are upheld at all times
Liaising with the client, tenants and members of the public professionally
Keeping disruption to customers and businesses to a minimum
Requirements:
Previous Site Management experience on civil/drainage projects
Experience working on live retail or public-facing sites preferred
Good understanding of traffic management and site logistics
SMSTS
First Aid
CSCS Card
