Job Description

Site Manager Required – Methil

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an ongoing project in Methil, ensuring a smooth completion and successful handover.

📅 Start Date: Immediate
⏳ Duration: 02/2027
🕒 Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm

💸 Salary: Competitive

Requirements:

  * Valid SMSTS certification

  * Valid First Aid qualification

  * Valid CSCS Card

  * Proven experience managing construction projects through to completion and handover

  * Strong leadership and organisational skills

Responsibilities:

  * Oversee day-to-day site operations

  * Manage subcontractors and ensure works are completed to programme

  * Maintain health & safety standards on site

  * Ensure quality control and snagging works are carried out efficiently

  * Liaise with the client and project team to achieve a smooth handover
