Job Title: Roofing Site Manager
Location: Burntwood
Duration: Temporary
Start Date: Immediate

Job Overview:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Roofing Site Manager to oversee roofing works on a temporary basis in Burntwood. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations on roofing projects.
Coordinate subcontractors and site labour.
Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety regulations.
Monitor programme and maintain project deadlines.
Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks and inspections.
Liaise with clients, contractors and project teams.
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
Complete all required site documentation and reports.Requirements:

SMSTS
CSCS Card (Black/White or Management level preferred)
First Aid at Work
Proven experience managing roofing projects.
Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to start immediately.Desirable:

Experience working on commercial roofing projects.
Temporary works knowledge (advantageous)
