Job Description

SITE MANAGER – FINISHING & SNAGGING

Immediate Start | Freelance Contract

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager with a strong background in finishing, snagging and handover to join a busy construction project on an immediate basis.

You will be responsible for managing the final stages of the project, overseeing finishing trades, coordinating snagging works and ensuring the development is completed to a high standard and ready for handover.

Key responsibilities:

  * Managing finishing trades and subcontractors

  * Overseeing all snagging and remedial works

  * Ensuring high standards of workmanship and quality

  * Coordinating daily site activities and labour

  * Monitoring progress and ensuring works remain on programme

  * Working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team

  * Managing health & safety on site

  * Preparing the project for client inspection and handover

Requirements

  * Proven experience as a Site Manager

  * Strong finishing and snagging experience

  * Experience taking projects through to completion and handover

  * Excellent leadership and communication skills

  * Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors

  * Relevant site management qualifications/cards

  * Available for an immediate start
