Job Description

Structural Steel Site Manager – Norwich

Tec-Source is recruiting for an experienced Structural Steel Site Manager for a project based in Norwich.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established contractor specialising in structural steel. The initial contract is expected to run for approximately 8 weeks, with the potential for further work.

The Role

  * 

    Oversee the day-to-day delivery of a hot rolled structural steel package.

  * 

    Coordinate site activities and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.

  * 

    Liaise with the project team and attend site meetings.

  * 

    Ensure compliance with all health & safety requirements.

  * 

    Monitor quality, progress and programme delivery.

  * 

    Maintain site records and report on project performance.

Requirements

  * 

    Proven experience managing hot rolled structural steel projects.

  * 

    SMSTS.

  * 

    NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management (or equivalent).

  * 

    Temporary Works Supervisor qualification.

  * 

    Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
