Freelance Site Manager – (EWI)Trowbridge & Surrounding Areas
 Freelance Contract
 Competitive Day Rate  Weekly CIS Payments  Immediate Start

Build Recruitment is working with a leading social housing contractor looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee decarbonisation projects, primarily External Wall Insulation (EWI) works, across occupied social housing properties in the Trowbridge area.

The RoleYou'll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard while maintaining excellent relationships with residents, subcontractors and the client.

Key Responsibilities
Manage EWI and decarbonisation works on occupied social housing schemes.
Supervise subcontractors and site teams.
Ensure health & safety compliance and site quality.
Carry out inspections, toolbox talks and site reporting.
Monitor programme, labour and materials.
Liaise with residents and client representatives throughout the project.Requirements
Previous Site Manager experience within social housing, planned works or retrofit.
EWI or decarbonisation experience preferred.
SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card.
Strong health & safety knowledge.
Full UK driving licence.What's on Offer
