Site Manager
Location: Mendips
Package: £340 per day. Suitable for CIS or LTD.
Length: 13/14 Weeks.

G Force Recruitment is currently working on a confidential vacancy for a Site Manager to join a small team of x4 on an installation project in the Mendips. This role will suit someone with a strong background in mechanical erection, particularly steelwork, belt conveyors, and associated industrial installation works.
The successful candidate will be fully conversant with CDM 2015 requirements and confident managing site operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
  * 
    Manage day-to-day site activities during the installation phase.
  * 
    Oversee mechanical erection works including steelwork, belt conveyors, and related plant.
  * 
    Coordinate subcontractors, operatives, and site resources.
  * 
    Ensure full compliance with CDM 2015 and site health and safety requirements.
  * 
    Liaise with project stakeholders to maintain progress and resolve site issues.
  * 
    Monitor quality, programme, and safety performance throughout the project.
Requirements
  * 
    Site Management experience within industrial or mechanical installation environments.
  * 
    Background in mechanical erection of steelwork and belt conveyors.
  * 
    Excellent knowledge of CDM 2015 legislation and site compliance.
  * 
    Ability to lead teams and manage multiple site activities safely and effectively.
  * 
    Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
