Site Manager Kitchen and Bathrooms refurbishment Manchester (Multiple Sites)  Up to £45,000  Car/Car Allowance The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a K&B scheme program  across the Manchester area. You will be the key figure on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. This is a hands-on role with real autonomy and the backing of a well-established social housing contractor. What’s on Offer•  Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum•  Car/Car Allowance provided•  Location: Manchester-based sites•  Stability with a busy pipeline of work What You’ll Need•  Proven experience managing kitchen and bathroom installation projects – this is essential•  Strong background in residential fit-out, refurbishment, or new build•  SMSTS and First Aid qualifications•  CSCS card (Black/White card preferred)•  Solid track record of delivering projects on time and within budget•  Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead subcontractors effectively Apply NowIf you have the kitchen and bathroom site management experience we’re looking for, send your CV today.
