Freelance Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a £10 million project.

We need someone who is hands-on, organised and able to manage their own time, with a strong joinery background and excellent attention to detail.

Key Requirements

  * Proven Site Management experience on large projects.

  * Strong joinery/carpentry background.

  * Hands-on approach with good practical knowledge.

  * Experienced in snagging, finishing and handovers.

  * Able to manage subcontractors and keep works progressing.

  * Self-motivated and confident working independently.

  * Strong communication and organisational skills.

  * Valid CSCS card.

  * SMSTS qualified.

  * First Aid qualified.
