We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee maintenance activities on site in Dalry.
📍 Location: Dalry, Scotland
👷 Role: Site Manager – Maintenance
📅 Start Date: 9th September 2026
💰 Rate: £350–£400 per day
🔧 THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for overseeing maintenance works on site, ensuring all activities are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing day-to-day maintenance activities on site
• Coordinating contractors and site personnel
• Reviewing and signing off RAMS
• Ensuring works are carried out in line with health & safety requirements
• Monitoring ongoing works and site progress
• Liaising with contractors, engineers and the client
• Dealing with any issues that arise on site
• Maintaining relevant site records and documentation
✅ REQUIREMENTS
• Previous Site Manager / Site Supervisor experience
• Experience overseeing maintenance works
• Confident reviewing and signing off RAMS
• Strong understanding of site health & safety
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Relevant site management qualifications/tickets desirable
