I’m working with a small to medium Main contractor on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join them on a 3 month project.
The Project The works involve day to day Site Management, for a New Build 150 sqm Industrial Shed, this will involve Civils / Steel Frame / Cladding / HVAC works. Experience working in the Industrial sector is desirable.
This is a highly client-facing role, requiring someone comfortable managing:
day-to-day site operations.
Reporting progress upstream
Inductions
Client Liaison.
subcontractor coordination.
H&S and programme management.
reporting and site documentation.They are looking for
Proven Site Manager experience in New Build. Industrial Sector.
Good IT literacy - Tablet/Laptop use - Microsoft Office Savvy (site reporting, emails, progress updates)
Comfortable running day-to-day site duties autonomously
