Role: Site Manager
Duration: Temp to perm role - 3-6 months with agency then onto a permanent role
Location: Milton Keynes based with nationwide travel (paid travel and accomodation)
Rate: (Apply online only)pd for temporary trial then onto 50-60k salary
Industry: The role will be working on large scale industrial flooring, mainly for huge Amazon and similar warehouses. The work will include smoothing, grinding, concreting etc. Training will be given on the exact nature of the work - what we are looking for is a good Site Manager who can set up a new site, run an existing site and manage the paperwork for both.
Requirements
For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;
CSCS Card
Driving Licence
First Aid
SSSTS / SMSTS
For this role it is desirable that you hold the skills & experience below;
Microsoft Office
Knowledge of site principles and CDM Regs
Experience as a Site Manager on Construction & Civil Engineering projects. Experience in Concrete works Concrete floors or big concrete structures is ideal but not required.
6 years experience + as a Site Manager in the UK
