Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to provide short-term cover on a busy residential construction project in Bristol.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring the project continues to progress safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  * Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors.

  * Monitor progress and maintain the programme.

  * Coordinate labour, materials and deliveries.

  * Ensure RAMS, health & safety and quality requirements are maintained.

  * Carry out regular site inspections.

  * Deal with day-to-day site issues and liaise with the Project Manager.

  * Maintain site records and project documentation.

Requirements

  * Previous Site Management experience within residential construction.

  * Confident managing subcontractors and site teams.

  * Strong communication and organisational skills.

  * SMSTS – Essential

  * CSCS – Essential

  * First Aid – Essential
