Site Manager required for a highly regarded developer that specialise in housing projects. ITS Cymru are looking for a experienced Site Manager to assist our client with a project based in Haverfordwest.
Work will be undertaken on a housing development. This contract is 3 days holiday cover with hours being 7:30am – 4:30pm, Wednesday-Friday.
Requirements for the role:
* SMSTS
* Black CSCS
* First Aid
* 3+ years experience in a similar role
* Full UK driving licence
* You should have your own high vis jacket or vest, gloves and hard hat. These can be provided by ITS Building People for a small fee.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing all employees and sub-contract teams, ensuring there is a positive and proactive environment to work in.
* Manage projects and make sure that they are scheduled for works to complete on time and to budget
* Manage site Health & Safety, ensuring projects meet all company procedures and legal legislation, undertaking regular safety inspections.
* Ensure quality control is adhered to and works are completed to the highest possible standard.
