Job Description
CNX is working with a commercial & industrial build contractor, and due to an increased workload, are looking to recruit a Site Manager to oversee ongoing, and upcoming, developments.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and organise labour on site
* Overseeing demolition, drainage, piling, retaining wall, plotworks etc carried out by sub contractors
* Ensure all resources are used efficiently on site
* Keeping site records and registers up to date
* Quality Control
* Authorising timesheets for trades and labour
* Maintaining high levels of safety standards on site
You will have a SMSTS qualification, CSCS, First Aid, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in site management within demolitions, and civils environment, ideally on commercial or industrial build projects.
This is an ongoing contract role initially but our client would prefer candidates who are seeking permanent employment.
