Job Title: New Build Housing Site Manager
Location: Keighley
Contract: Temporary - Until Christmas 2025
We are seeking an experienced New Build Housing Site Manager to oversee a busy residential development site in Keighley. This is a temporary position running until Christmas 2025, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day site management of a busy new build housing development
Ensuring health and safety regulations are strictly followed and enforced
Coordinating subcontractors and site staff
Monitoring progress and reporting to senior management
Maintaining high standards of quality and site presentation
Requirements:
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
CSCS Card
First Aid at Work Certificate
Proven experience in managing new build housing projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
