Freelance Site Manager – Solihull
Sunday 8th June to Friday 13th June
£250 per day
We are seeking a hands-on Freelance Site Manager to oversee a canteen strip-out and refit project based in Solihull.
Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site activities
*
Oversee fit-out operatives and ensure works are delivered safely and on schedule
*
Carry out minor carpentry works as required
Requirements:

SMSTS
*
First Aid certification
*
CSCS card
*
Own carpentry tools
*
Proven experience in managing fit-out or refurbishment projects
