Site Manager
Leighton Buzzard
Start: ASAP
Temporary (with potential to go permanent after 6 months)🏗
Duties:
Site sign-in and daily diary management
Populate and issue RAMS
Pipework material take-offs
Labour forecasting and planning
Conduct toolbox talks and maintain plant registers
Quality assurance inspections and sign-offs
Progress reporting and programme tracking
Procurement planning and RFIs
On-site coordination and subcontractor management
Commissioning support
Prepare variations for Contracts Manager
Review design information and participate in project reviews
Multi-task across disciplines with strong documentation and reporting
Use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other standard tools
Requirements:
CSCS card
SMSTS / SSSTS
First Aid (preferred)
Proven experience managing mechanical subcontractors
M&E experience
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
