Location: Otterburn Area
Start Date: Approximately July 2025
Rate: £28-£30 per hour
Randstad are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Temporary Site Manager to oversee exciting projects in the Otterburn area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our team on a temporary basis, contributing to key agricultural, groundworks, and new building developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing all site activities, including supervising groundworks, agricultural structures, and new building construction.
Managing site personnel and subcontractors effectively.
Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations on site.
Maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
Managing site logistics and materials.
Reporting on project progress and addressing any issues that arise.Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Site Manager, particularly within agricultural, groundworks, or new build projects.
Essential: Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive approach to health and safety.
